How do I sign up?

You can sign up here. Please be aware that we have heard reports of unauthorized resellers of Winetarian memberships scamming thirsty internet users worldwide. Rest assured that Winetarian is and will always be free to join. Anyone purporting to sell their membership credentials on OfferUp is likely just Keith. 

How do I buy? How long I have to do it?

We send out our offers on a weekly basis. If you see something you like, simply click the link in the email and choose your quantity. Our offers only open for a few days at a time (maximum one week) or until we sell out. Known as the "scarcity effect", this marketing tactic has been shown by numerous research studies to increase urgency among buyers.

Where do you offer delivery/shipping?

For the time being, we are only selling in the Seattle area. We expect to expand our service area and shipping soon. Getting impatient? Email support@winetarian.com

How long will my wine take to arrive?

We provide an estimated arrival time in our email, and we do our best to provide accurate estimates. Our first priority is ensuring that the wine arrives in excellent condition (which means finding a good weather window for shipping). We promise you’ll enjoy it all the more for it.

How do I know that my wine has arrived?

We will send you an email when each of your shipments arrives. To ensure you receive our notes, please ensure to grant access to support@winetarian.com. Once your wine arrives, you will have up to 6 months to arrange delivery otherwise Keith will personally drink it and send you a photo after the fact.

How do I keep track of how much wine of mine has arrived?

You can check how much wine you have ready at any time by emailing support@winetarian.com.

How do I arrange a delivery?

We deliver wine weekly on a rotating schedule through neighborhoods. You can request delivery HERE. **Note, you must have valid ID in order to take delivery of your wine**

What do you charge for delivery?

Seattle-area deliveries are free no matter how much wine you buy

I need to cancel my delivery. What do I do?

Please email support@winetarian.com at least 24 hours before your delivery time to cancel.

My wine is spoiled. What do I do?

Please contact us at support@winetarian.com and we will make it right.  But, please see the below. 

I didn’t like my wine. What do I do?

You didn’t like it?!?! Ok, here’s the deal. Shoot a video with a detailed review of the wine. Please cover the label and make no reference to the producer to preserve reputations. But give us your best description of why you hated it. We want to see Gordon Ramsay-level wrath in your eyes. 

If your video convinces us that our palates suck, you’ll get a 15% discount off your next order (up to 2 bottles). 

I missed my pickup. Now what?

If you are unable to take delivery of your wine, you can reschedule it for a later time. Please don’t make it a habit.

Why is your website so bad?

We do not believe in websites. We considered launching this as a TikTok account. Unfortunately, Andrew rolled his ankle performing his dance routine warmup, forcing us into email as our primary channel. We will be revisiting this decision in the future.
